Are you not entirely sure about your order? At Sophie Stone you have a 14 day reflection period. As soon as your returned order has been received in good order by Sophie Stone, you will be credited the amount of the return by Shop Like You Give a Damn.

Please note that returns can only be accepted if the product has not been worn, the labels are still attached and the product is returned in the original packaging.

Are you in Utrecht? You can also return your order to their store at Steenweg 11. Sophie Stone is open Tuesday to Saturday from 10:30 to 18:00 and on Sunday from 12:00 to 17:00. They are closed on Mondays.

Register your return via the Sophie Stone return portal. Enter the order number you received from Sophie Stone - not the order number starting with #SLYGaD - and download the return label. Print it out, stick it on your package and send it back to Sophie Stone.

Please note: this return label costs money
