We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not
satisfied, please return or exchange the item(s) within 14 days of the purchase date in its original
condition.

Items eligible for return or exchange must be:

  • New, unused and in perfect condition.
  • Inclusive of all original hang tags, dust bag, branded packaging and  must be accompanied by theoriginal box with all protective packing materials inside. This is also to ensure that item(s) arrives back to us in a suitable and undamaged state.
  • Returns that have been worn, used, altered or damaged will not be accepted and may be sent
    back to you and/or a refund refused.

Exchange

If you wish to process an exchange only, we recommend that our customers place a new order and return the original order, as we cannot guarantee that the item will be available at the time that the exchange is received.

To return or exchange, please follow these instructions:

  • Contact us providing us with the order number and, if you're willing to share, the reason for the return/exchange at info@murmali.com. We will provide you with a Return Authorisation number (RA) and the nearest warehouse address where you can return your order.
  • Pack and seal your return securely making sure to indicate your RA number clearly on the package when you ship it back to us. This will allow us to track your return, that has been sent in the original package if possible or any other package available.
  • Customers are responsible for returning the item(s) at their own expense. We do not provide a prepaid return label to return your package. Please make sure to ship your package with a tracking number, signed delivery and/or insurance, as MURMALI is not responsible for any lost returns.
