Anekdot

Berlin based Anekdot was founded by Sofie out of a passion to create beautiful, figure hugging lingerie with an ethical story. As an upcycle brand they use surplus fabrics which all have their own unique story. Anekdot is making sure that those stories continue: creating anecdotes - or anekdots if you will. Apart from that, they also use sustainable materials like recycled nylon. Their production is done by small manufacturers in Poland and freelance seamstresses in Berlin. These makers all receive living wages. Anekdot chose to work with small manufacturers, to stay in close contact with the makers. This also allows them to place small, frequent orders, which helps to avoid unsold stock. We like!
