Returns

Due to the current COVID-19 circumstances, we have decided to extend the return period to 30 days. This is valid until we announce otherwise. All other parts of the paragraphs below remain unchanged. Send the returned goods to the address below.

Not satisfied with your Jyoti product? The dress or shirt does not fit properly? No problem!

You can revoke your contractual declaration in writing within 14 days without giving reasons (such as by letter, fax, e-mail) or - if you have received the product before the deadline - also by returning the product.
The time period begins upon receipt of this written notice, but not before the product has reached the recipient (in the case of a recurring delivery of similar goods, not before receipt of the first partial delivery), and not before our information requirements under Article met. 246 § 2 juncto § 1 paragraph 1 and 2 EGBGB, and our obligations under §312g paragraph 1 clause 1 BGB in conjunction with article 246 § 3 EGBGB. In order to maintain the withdrawal period, it is sufficient to submit the withdrawal or the product in good time. The revocation should be addressed to:

You send this form together with your Jyoti product to the above address. Unfortunately we cannot pay the return costs. We would be very happy if you use the return form to give us feedback. We would like to know why you are returning your order. We use the feedback to improve and further develop Jyoti and our products. In this way we learn and grow from our project every day - us here in Germany and the women in India. Be a part of this and share your feedback and suggestions with us!

Refunds

In the event of an effective withdrawal, the goods and services (eg interest) received by either party must be returned. In the event that you cannot return the received service and use (eg Benefits of Use), or you can only do so partially or in worse condition, you must replace the value to us. For the worse condition of the product and the benefits of use, you only need to replace the value as far as the use, and the worse condition arises from the handling of the thing beyond testing its features and functions. The term "testing the features and functions" means testing and trying out the product, as it is possible and customary in a store. Items that can be returned by post must be returned by you and under your responsibility. Items that cannot be sent by post will be collected from you. The obligation to reimburse the costs must be met within 30 days. This period begins for you with the sending of your notice of withdrawal or with the shipment of the product for us with their receipt.

PayPal: You will receive the credit in your PayPal account. You can keep the amount in your PayPal account to pay for other things, or transfer it back to your bank account. You can determine this yourself with PayPal.
