Please note that only unworn backpacks in perfect condition are eligible for a refund.

HOW TO RETURN A PACKAGE?

All goods can be returned free of charge up to 14 days after delivery. Please contact our customer service for more information. 

You have the right to withdraw from this agreement within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has or has taken possession of the goods.< /p>

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform Got Bag by means of a clear statement about your decision to withdraw from this contract.

To maintain the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of the cancellation

If you withdraw from this agreement, we will have selected all payments we have received from you, including delivery charges (excluding the additional charges resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the most favorable standard delivery that we offer) which we must repay immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the date on which we have been notified of your withdrawal from this contract. For this refund, we will use the same payment method that you used in the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed with you; Under no circumstances will these reimbursement costs be charged. We may refuse to refund you until we have received the goods back or until you have proved that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.

You must return the goods to us immediately and in any event no later than fourteen days from the date on which you notify us of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the period of fourteen days. You bear the direct costs of returning the goods. You only have to pay for a possible loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is the result of handling that is not necessary for the examination of the nature, characteristics and functionality of the goods

We bear the direct costs of returning the goods if the return takes place within Germany.
