According to the law you have the official right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation you have another 14 days to return your product. At Ana Dyla you even have a 30-day cooling-off period. You will then be credited the amount of the return by Shop Like You Give a Damn, if the order is returned in full, you will also receive the return shipping costs if applicable.

If you make use of your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned with all accessories and – if reasonably possible – be returned to Ana Dyla in its original condition and packaging. To exercise this right you can contact Ana Dyla at info@anadyla.com (this is not mandatory, but speeds up the return process) and return the items.
