How can I return my order?

We accept returns of items within 14 days of receipt of purchase* in new condition with all tags attached. All returns must be properly packaged including invoice and reason for return. The return shipment is at the expense of the customer. To initiate a return, please first email info@aaimadewithlove.com.

* Please note that you must include the invoice with the return package. Without the invoice we cannot make the return payment.

My product is broken/has a hole. What should I do?

Our products are designed and made with love. If the product is not intact upon delivery, please email us at info@aaimadewithlove.com and include some pictures of the problem.

My product has a scratch or stain, what should I do?

Our products are designed and made with love. We work with vintage materials with some imperfections or a worn look such as small spots and faded colors.

We choose to work with these materials not only because we think they deserve a second life, but also because it gives AAI made with love products our signature vintage look. These imperfections give the product the beautiful look we love so much. We only sell products that meet our standard.

The color of my product is different than on the website

Due to the natural process, where our materials are made in India, colors may vary from time to time. The photos we use on our website are intended to give the best possible impression. That means no photo editing has been done. However, the screen colors of computer monitors may also show some variation, the colors may vary slightly. Therefore, we cannot really control the color accuracy.
